1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PeptideTracker mobile application ("the App"), published by Novapep ("we", "us"). By creating a profile or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

3. What the App is — and what it is not

PeptideTracker is a personal logging and organisation tool. It lets you record protocols, calculate reconstitution volumes from figures you enter, keep an inventory of vials, log entries, set reminders, and view your own trends. All information stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy).

The App does not sell, supply, prescribe, or recommend any substance, and it does not tell you what, whether, or how much to take.

4. Health disclaimer — please read carefully

The App is for informational and organisational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device.

• Reference information in the App (compound names, typical research figures, storage notes) is provided for organisation and general information. It has not been evaluated by the EMA, FDA, or any other regulator.
• Many peptides referenced by users of the App are research compounds that are not approved for human use. Nothing in the App is an encouragement to acquire or use any substance.
• Calculations performed by the App (for example syringe-unit conversions) depend entirely on the numbers you enter. Always verify every figure independently before acting on it.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision related to your health, and before starting, changing, or stopping anything you track in the App.
• If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the App.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any harm arising from reliance on information in, or output of, the App.

5. Free plan and Premium subscription

The App offers a free plan (up to 2 vials in inventory, up to 2 peptides per protocol, and 30 days of tracking) and a paid subscription, PeptideTracker Premium, which removes these limits.

• Plans and prices: €3.99 per month, or €34.99 per year. The exact price in your local currency is always shown in the App before you confirm a purchase.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and is handled entirely by Apple.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: purchases are refunded (or not) by Apple under Apple's own policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
• Restore: use "Restore purchases" in the App to re-activate a subscription on a new or reset device.
• Changes: if prices or plan features change, the change will apply from your next renewal, and Apple will notify you as required. Your recorded data is never deleted when a subscription ends — the free plan's limits simply apply again.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to reverse engineer it, using it to break any law, or misrepresenting its output as medical advice to others.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding what you record, which is yours) are owned by Novapep and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

8. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Novapep, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App and is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Where these Terms are silent, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novapep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate or suspend the licence granted here if you materially breach these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Romania, unless applicable consumer law lets you choose your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page, with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
